Our Story – Health Buddy

We are a herbal-loving family of five. Our journey began when Mommy struggled with chronic migraines & boetie Milan struggled with withdrawal symptoms. That’s when she realised we needed to strengthen our God-given immune system that He blessed us with. Through natural remedies, herbal wisdom, and prayer, we found healing and strength — and we couldn’t keep it to ourselves. That’s how Health Buddy was born — a heartfelt mission to share our family’s favourite health products with other families. From our home to yours, we pray each remedy brings comfort, strength, and wellness.
